Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz saffron simple syrup (R42)
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz egg white (or aquafaba)
- 3 saffron threads, for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, syrup, lemon, egg white in a shaker without ice. Dry shake 15 seconds.
- Add ice. Shake hard 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Float saffron threads across the top.
