Restaurant, café or bakery: enter what you make in a normal week and the calculator returns grams a month, the cheapest combination of bottles, and the cost per plate or cup.
The grams-per-batch figure is editable. The defaults are the amounts we use in our own kitchen in Lynn: a 0.1 g pinch for a rice dish that serves four, a quarter gram for a pan of paella, about four threads for a cup of tea. Saffron is bloomed, not sprinkled, so a little goes further than most menus assume.
What you are buying
The lot in every bottle
Our current lot carries Herat government laboratory report 004389: crocin 296.5, picrocrocin 114.2, safranal 32.7, artificial colorants absent. ISO 3632 Category I on every tested parameter. We test each harvest before we buy it, so a lot that fails is a lot we never own.

Is there a minimum order?
Not for the bulk sizes on this page. Buy one 5 g bottle or ten 100 g packs at the listed prices. Retail wholesale for shops starts at twelve bottles, and custom labels start at 24.
Do you send a lab report with the order?
The report for the current lot, Herat laboratory report 004389, is published in full on our press page, and a copy comes with wholesale orders on request.
How fast does it ship?
Stock orders placed by 4 PM Eastern ship the same day, Monday to Saturday, from Lynn, Massachusetts; Sunday orders leave Monday morning. Custom-label runs take two to four weeks.
Do you offer payment terms?
Orders are paid at checkout or by invoice before shipping. Established accounts are welcome to ask about terms after their second order.
Can we order tax exempt?
Yes. Send your resale certificate to raihansaffronco@gmail.com and we will set the account up so sales tax is not charged.
Is it always the same saffron?
Yes. Every size on this page is the same all-red Super Negin from the same lot, tested to ISO 3632 Category I. Only the per-gram price changes with size.
