Why the shelf works

Proof on the card, not just the labelEvery shipment comes with a printed how-to card carrying the lab numbers and the blooming method, so the customer's first question is answered at the shelf.
Sealed acrylic that shows the threadsWhole all-red threads are visible through the bottle. The customer can see there is no powder and no yellow style, which is the comparison that sells it against the bottle beside it.

The lot in every bottle

Our current lot carries Herat government laboratory report 004389: crocin 296.5, picrocrocin 114.2, safranal 32.7, artificial colorants absent. ISO 3632 Category I on every tested parameter. We test each harvest before we buy it, so a lot that fails is a lot we never own.

How onboarding works

Step oneSend the noteStore name, address and roughly how large your spice or specialty section is. The planner above drafts it for you.
Step twoPrice list and a sampleWe reply with the wholesale price list, an opening-order suggestion and a complimentary sample bottle so you can bloom-test it yourself.
Step threeFirst order, then the rhythmThe first order is paid in advance and dispatched the same day payment clears, Monday to Saturday, for payments received by 4 PM Eastern. Most stores reorder every four to six weeks; established accounts are welcome to ask about terms after their second order.

Questions retailers ask

What is the minimum opening order?

Twelve bottles, in any mix of sizes. After the opening order, reorders can be as small as six.

Do you offer private label for our store?

Yes, for retailers committing to about a hundred bottles a year. Send your label artwork and we co-pack from the same lot. Details on the private-label page.

What payment terms do you offer?

The first order is paid in advance. After two successful orders, established retailers are welcome to ask about invoicing terms.

How do you support in-store sampling?

For a tasting or a wellness event we send a complimentary sample bottle and printed brewing cards.

Can we order tax exempt?

Yes. Send your resale certificate with the first order and sales tax is not charged.
