Ingredients
- 12 threads Raihan Saffron
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (5–6 lemons)
- 2/3 cup saffron simple syrup (R42)
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 tsp rosewater (optional)
- Mint leaves
- Ice
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, saffron syrup, water, rosewater in a pitcher.
- Add 12 saffron threads. Stir.
- Chill 30 min.
- Serve over ice with mint.
