Ingredients

  • 8 threads Raihan Saffron
  • 1 cup whole milk (or oat milk)
  • 2 green cardamom pods, crushed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Warm milk with cardamom and saffron in a small saucepan over medium-low.
  2. Heat until just steaming, 4 minutes. Do not boil.
  3. Cover. Steep 3 minutes off heat.
  4. Strain or pour with threads. Stir in honey and salt.
