Ingredients
- 8 threads Raihan Saffron
- 1 cup whole milk (or oat milk)
- 2 green cardamom pods, crushed
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Warm milk with cardamom and saffron in a small saucepan over medium-low.
- Heat until just steaming, 4 minutes. Do not boil.
- Cover. Steep 3 minutes off heat.
- Strain or pour with threads. Stir in honey and salt.
