Ingredients

  • 8 threads Raihan Saffron
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 crushed cardamom pods
  • 1 tsp finely chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Warm milk with saffron and cardamom over low heat 6 minutes. Do not boil.
  2. Off heat. Steep 2 minutes covered.
  3. Stir in honey. Pour into mug. Top with nuts.
