Ingredients
- 10 threads Raihan Saffron, bloomed in 1 tbsp warm water
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk vinegar, lemon, shallot, mustard, honey, saffron bloom.
- Stream in olive oil while whisking.
- Salt and pepper.
