Saffron yogurt sauce for rice and kebabs
Ingredients
- 10 threads Raihan Saffron, bloomed in 1 tbsp warm water for 15 min
- 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk yogurt, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper.
- Stir in saffron bloom (liquid + threads).
- Fold in mint. Rest 15 minutes for flavors to combine.
- Serve cold.
