Ingredients

  • 10 threads Raihan Saffron, bloomed in 1 tbsp warm water for 15 min
  • 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk yogurt, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper.
  2. Stir in saffron bloom (liquid + threads).
  3. Fold in mint. Rest 15 minutes for flavors to combine.
  4. Serve cold.
